What are your holiday shipping deadlines?
Holiday order volume is extremely high, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Our team needs 1–3 business days to process and prepare each shipment before it leaves our facility. We ship Monday–Thursday to protect chocolate from weekend delays, and our shipping department is closed December 24–January 29.
For best chances of arrival by Christmas, we recommend ordering by:
Local Shipping:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Ship by December 17
- UPS 3-Day Select: Ship by December 18
- UPS 2-Day Air: Ship by December 22
- UPS Next-Day Air: Ship by December 23
National Shipping (Outside of Texas)
- UPS Ground Shipping: Ship by December 16
- UPS 3-Day Select: Ship by December 17
- UPS 2-Day Air: Ship by December 18
- UPS Next-Day Air: Ship by December 22

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Can I choose a future ship date?
Yes! At checkout, you can choose the ship date that works best for you. Your order will be packed and sent out on that day. Please note this reflects the ship date, not the delivery date.
