What is SavedBy Package Protection?

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help. SavedBy Package Protection is only available for purchase when purchasing through our website, excluding corporate gifting.

What is a good choice for my first purchase so I can really understand your brand?

Building a box is fun and a great way to get a feel of our flavors while allowing you to customize your chocolate experience. Additionally purchasing one of our Artist Collection boxes (which incorporates out best selling bonbons) is a great way to introduced to our brand.

How are your bonbons made?

Every single bonbon is hand made and hand painted. Eating a Kate Weiser bonbon is like eating edible art. We hand paint every mold with our signature techniques, shell each cavity with a thin chocolate shell and fill with different layers of ganache, pate de fruit, or praline depending on the bonbon. The bonbon are sealed with a thin layer of chocolate to create a solid chocolate exterior. It takes our chocolatiers 6 months to learn our bonbon making techniques.

Do you offer chocolate for special occasions like weddings or events?

Yes! From weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs to showers and corporate events, our luxurious creations are a memorable way to thank guests and leave a lasting impression.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once UPS had possession of your order, you will recieve and email with the coordination tracking information.
