A New Holiday Tradition!

This delightful confection was the hit of our family's holiday stockings last year, so I happily ordered another set this year. The crunchy cookies and real fruit provide the perfect mix of sweet and spicy!

How should I store my boxes chocolates?

We recommend storing your chocolates at room temperature (below 75 degrees Fahrenheit), and out of direct sunlight. They can also be kept in the refrigerator if needed, with this option we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before enjoying. To increase the shelf life of your unopened chocolates, you may refrigerate for up to 6 weeks or freeze up to 3 months. Once removed and at ambient tempature please consume your bonbons within 6 weeks.

Most items will have their expiration date on the back (item’s shelf life varies) but generally they are as follows:

  • Bonbons & Candy Bars: 6 weeks
  • Caramels: 6 Months
  • Chocolate Bars: 8 Months
  • Carl, Lil' Carl, and Carla : 18 Months

Please double check our website product information tab on the product you are intrested in purchasing to verify the shelf life.

How are your bonbons made?

Every single bonbon is hand made and hand painted. Eating a Kate Weiser bonbon is like eating edible art. We hand paint every mold with our signature techniques, shell each cavity with a thin chocolate shell and fill with different layers of ganache, pate de fruit, or praline depending on the bonbon. The bonbon are sealed with a thin layer of chocolate to create a solid chocolate exterior. It takes our chocolatiers 6 months to learn our bonbon making techniques.

Can I customize a gift box?

We offer many options for customizing your own gift box with our Build A Box Collection. With 6 different box sizes and 19+ flavors the combinations are endless!

Are your chocolates gluten free or nut free?

We do have chocolates that are gluten and nut free. All products are created in the same kitchen - We can not guarantee that there are no allergens present in any of our bonbons. We suggest that if the allergy is severe, it would be best to not consume our chocolates.
