What is the SavedBy Package Protection?

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help. SavedBy Package Protection is only availble for purchase when purchasing through our website, excluding corperate gifting.

What is a good choice for my first purchase so I can really understand your brand?

Building a box is fun and a great way to get a feel of our flavors while allowing you to customize your chocolate experience. Additionally purchasing one of our Artist Collection boxes (which incorperates out best selling bonbons) is a great way to introduced to our brand.

Yes! From weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs to showers and corporate events, our luxurious creations are a memorable way to thank guests and leave a lasting impression.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once UPS had possession of your order, you will recieve and email with the coordination tracking information.
