Cute but sad that some came cracked

I've been ordering Lil' Carls as Christmas presents for for 3 years now and this is the first time where some of the Carls came cracked. Some of the cracks probably occurred in transit, but some cracks looks like the actual ball that is the head was not fully finished. This is s smaller quibble, but some of the Carls were backwards when they were put in the boxes so it just looks like two white balls of chocolate in the package. Otherwise these are always a hit during the holidays but potentially some quality issues with the ones I received.
