In this 2-hour, hands-on class, youโ€™ll get a taste of what itโ€™s like to be a professional chocolatier.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Learn from Executive Sous Chef Alex (14 years of chocolate-making experience)

  • Shell, Fill and Cap a flavor of bonbons to share with the class

  • Enjoy a guided chocolate tasting

  • Take home a 25pc Box of Chocolates - $78 Value

  • You will take home the bonbons you and your classmates make in class

  • Flavors will vary

What to Wear:

  • Closed-toe shoes only โ€“ no heels or sandals

  • Hair must be tied up

  • Wear clothes you donโ€™t mind getting chocolate or cocoa butter on

  • Aprons and gloves will be provided

Additional Info:

  • BYOB โ€“ Bring your favorite beverage (weโ€™ll provide glasses and openers)

  • Ages 13+ โ€“ Guests 13โ€“14 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Nut Allergy Notice โ€“ Tree nuts are used in our fillings; we cannot accommodate allergies

  • Manufactured in a facility that also processes: Milk, Egg, Wheat, Peanuts, Soy, Sesame, Tree Nuts

  • Shop After Class โ€“ Youโ€™ll have the chance to purchase more chocolate before you leave!

All classes require at least 6 attendees to proceed. If a class does not meet this minimum, it may be canceled. Customers will be notified and can receive a full refund or choose another date that works for them.
